Temporary Decaf Replacement
Whilst we wait for the return of our usual Honduras Swiss Water Decaf, we are currently offering this Peruvian coffee from COOPAFSI as a temporary replacement.
Produced by small-scale growers in San Ignacio, COOPAFSI is a long-established cooperative that supports its members through quality-focused coffee production, training, community development and micro-finance services. Much of the coffee is processed on the individual farms before being delivered to the cooperative for quality evaluation and final preparation for export.
The result is a smooth, balanced and characterful decaf with notes of chocolate, apple, lime and maple syrup.
We expect our Honduras Decaf to return soon, but in the meantime this is a bright and enjoyable alternative.
