Our coffees are roasted in the UK using direct heat and hot air convection, rather than traditional drum roasting. This method allows for precise temperature control, roasting the beans evenly without scorching. The result is a cleaner, smoother coffee that stays fresher for longer.

Each blend is carefully measured, hand-blended, and traced back to the farms where the beans are grown. From the moment the green coffee enters the roaster, every detail is managed with accuracy — from high-tech monitoring of roast profiles to air cooling that locks in consistency while reducing environmental impact.

Sustainability is also a key consideration, with energy-efficient roasting methods that save up to 80% compared to traditional machines. After roasting, the beans are de-stoned to remove impurities and allowed to rest before dispatch, so your coffee arrives ready to brew at its very best.

All of our specialty coffees are available in a variety of grind options — whole beans, espresso/moka pot, ground for pods/Aeropress, filter, or cafetière — so you can enjoy them however you brew.
