Refund & Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window.
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

Items must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cremashed.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is faulty

The item is damaged

The incorrect item was received
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@cremashed.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. coffee, food items)

Custom or personalised products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Split Shipments & Returns
Orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
If returning items:

Different items may need to be returned separately

Different return addresses may apply
All return instructions and addresses will be provided after your return request is approved.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@cremashed.com to request an exchange
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you would like instead
- Reply to the original email confirming your new order
We will then arrange a return and refund for your original item once it has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time is up to 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
